进入大厅后查询得知e投睿办公区域为607-608，实勘人员随即上楼探访。

来到指定区域，但却发现在工作日的上班时段，e投睿的办公室大门紧闭，办公室内空无一人，然而各类办公用具尚在。

在外汇天眼曝光台内可以看到，e投睿的客诉不在少数，既有反映点差过大、乱调隔夜利息的，又有反映出不了金的、登不了账户的。

跟单模式，被台湾金管局警告

e投睿和很多平台一样，在社交媒体上极为活跃，投资者可以经常通过这些社交媒体网站看到e投睿宣传“名人跟单功能可以让你投资入神”。

根据台湾证期局副局长蔡丽玲表示，e投睿没有在台湾地区申请登记证券期货牌照，却非法经营期货证券，故此移送金管局。依照法律规定，若违法透过平台买卖股票，最重可处2年以下并处180万罚金，若是涉及保证金等期货交易，最重处7年以下并处300万罚金；若是有涉及顾问或基金等，则最重处5年以下并处100万~5000万元罚金。
